Please note that the gift certificate is not transferable for cash. All reservation requests are available subject to availability. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the validity of this certificate or honour it should it be lost or destroyed.

Any other incidentals or facilities not specified on this certificate used during the guest's stay will be charged and settled upon departure from the hotel.
