By default, the voucher will be sent to your nominated email address as a PDF document. Additionally, you can select the gift packaging below to have a copy delivered to you or the recipient. This option is $15 and comes in an elegant envelope (please allow for delivery times).

Please note that the gift certificate is not transferable for cash. All reservation requests are available subject to availability. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the validity of this certificate or honour it should it be lost or destroyed.
Any other incidentals or facilities not specified on this certificate used during the guest's stay will be charged and settled upon departure from the hotel. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required when the guest(s) arrive at the hotel to guarantee any incidental charges consumed during their stay (applicable when redeemed for accommodation services).
