Please note that the gift certificate is not transferable for cash. All reservation requests are available subject to availability. We are unable to extend the validity of this certificate or honour it should this certificate be lost or destroyed.

Any other incidentals or facilities not specified on this certificate used during the guest's stay will be charged and will be settled upon departure from the hotel. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required when the guest(s) arrive at the hotel as a guarantee for any incidental charges consumed during their stay (applicable when redeemed for accommodation services).
